Top Honeymoon Destinations
Every couple is different… some love mountains, some love beaches and some love desert. There is a perfect trip out there for every couple and I’m here to show you what some of your magnificent possibilities are!
I’m aware that like how all couples have unique taste, their budgets also vary. In no particular order, here are just some ideas that you can take or leave when it comes to planning your honeymoon! Some are going to be more pricey than others, but remember to read up on travel blogs or even invest in a travel agent to help you find the best destination to kick-off this next amazing chapter of your life!
1) Abaco Islands, Bahamas
I personally have had the privilege to travel to a few beautiful places and I must say that this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen out of all the destinations. The flights will be pricey but the experience is 100% worth it. You can even rent a boat and island hop together… talk about some awesome bonding time!
2) Pikes Peak Colorado
For my mountainous couple, Colorado is a beautiful destination and depending on the time of year you can do a snowy getaway or hiking in the beautiful mountains!
3) Krabi, Thailand
For my super adventurous couple, Thailand seems to be the move! I recently just got back from Krabi and I can definitely say this was my favorite part of Thailand! The people are so incredibly friendly, the tourists aren’t out of control and there are so many little islands and sights to see. I heard a rumour that flights to Thailand aren’t too expensive and I can guarantee you the ticket is the most expensive part of the trip. Thailand is crazy affordable and you can get a lot for a little money.
3) Scottsdale, Arizona
Now, I’ve never had the privilege of going out to the desert (Las Vegas being the exception) but I heard that Scottsdale has a great array of spas, sunset watching and most importantly… warm weather!!
4) Palm Springs, California
Palm Springs is a funky, chic, cool kind of place that has the desert feel. Similar to Scottsdale where I believe it has lots of cool spas and relaxing rituals if you are the kind of couple that likes to keep it really low key or even works a lot so you’re just trying to escape!
